HOW DOES IT WORK?

It is simple! Just pick up the phone, listen to the welcome message, and then leave a message after the beep. All instructions and guides are provided.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept FPS, Payme and of course, traditional bank transfer. All payments must be made in Hong Kong Dollars.

HOW DO WE POWER THE PHONES?

All of our phones are completely wireless and do not need to be plugged in. This allows you the freedom to place the telephone wherever you wish. Each phone is powered by a rechargeable battery which allows the phone to record for approximately eight hours, this can be extended by simply plugging in a standard external power bank via mico-USB for extended use.

HOW ARE THE RECORDINGS HANDLED?

All recordings are saved to a storage card inside the phone. After the event, these audio files will be processed and balanced to ensure the quality of the audio is suitable. You will receive a copy of all of the voicemails, notes and messages left on the phone during the event. The only time we will edit or remove audio recordings is if there are problems with the audio, if no messages are left or if the phone has been left off the hook. There is no limit to how many recordings you can make and you will be provided with these recordings on a separate playback device. All your recordings are handled with care, respect and discretion.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE I RECIEVE MY AUDIO GUESTBOOK BACK?

We aim to get your audio guestbook back to you within 2-4 weeks of receiving the phone. This may be extended during busy periods.
